His name is Salvatore De Riso but everyone knows him simply as Sal, so that he made this abbreviation his own brand. De Riso is a Pastry Chef, but not just any one: one of the most appreciated and popular Pastry Chef in Italy and abroad. He opened his first pastry café in Minori, in the beautiful setting of the Amalfi Coast. His desserts are synonymous with quality not only of raw materials, but also of the production process.
